Product Introduction

Plate sterilization equipment is widely used in dairy products, beverages, fruit juice, condiments, alcoholic drinks, food processing and biopharmaceutical industries. It is mainly used for pasteurization, ultra-high-temperature instant sterilization (UHT), heating, holding and cooling of liquid materials. The system adopts an efficient plate heat exchanger, featuring high heat-transfer efficiency, uniform heating, short material residence time and effective retention of product flavor and nutrients.

Yongji manufactures a full range of plate sterilization equipment and can customize models according to customer process requirements. The control system can be equipped with an intelligent temperature controller or PLC automatic control to achieve precise control of temperature, pressure and flow, while supporting automatic operation, data monitoring and fault alarms.

The product range covers atmospheric high-temperature sterilization (60-95℃) and high-pressure UHT sterilization (95-135℃), meeting different material and process requirements. Efficient energy-use design and optional heat recovery help recover material heat, reduce steam consumption and lower operating costs.
